Here are the following steps to make a Student / Staff ID card with Photoshop:

1. Open Photoshop and create a new document. Set the width and height of the document according to the size of the ID card you want to create.
2. Choose a background color or design for the ID card. You can use the Paint Bucket tool to fill the background with a color or use an image as the background.
3. Add a rectangle shape to the ID card. Select the Rectangle tool from the toolbar, and draw a rectangle that covers most of the ID card area. This will be the area where the staff member’s photo and details will be added.
4. Add the staff member’s photo to the ID card. Use the File > Place Embedded command to insert the photo into the ID card document. Resize and position the photo as desired.
5. Add text boxes for the staff member’s name, position, and other details. Select the Type tool from the toolbar, and click and drag to create a text box. Type in the staff member’s details and adjust the font, size, and color as desired.
6. Add the company logo to the ID card. Use the File > Place Embedded command to insert the logo into the ID card document. Resize and position the logo as desired.
7. Add any additional design elements or information to the ID card, such as a barcode or a signature line.
8. Print the ID card on a suitable material such as PVC, plastic or paper, and then laminate it for durability.
9. Finally, punch a hole in the ID card and attach a lanyard or clip for the staff member to wear it.
